General Information
NON-REFUNDABLE RATES
• This terms and conditions applies to all bookings made at Casa Verde Cliff Resort and Spa.
• By making a reservation, guest agree to comply with these terms.
• All Rooms are non-smoking room. Smoking in a non-smoking room will be charged Php 7,000.00
• We will not collect incidental deposit upon check in, however any incidental damages, damage to property and stained linens we will charge accordingly upon check out.
• Bringing in outside cooked foods and beverages is not allowed

2. Reservations
• Reservation can be made online, via phone, or in person.
• Advance payment /Full payment is required upon check-in.
• Premium Villa can accommodate upto 4 adults and 2 kids
• Kids from 0-6years old will be charged for a breakfast fee in the restaurant.
• Additional Pax rate: 0-6years old free of charge,7-11 years old Php800.00 for Standard Villa, Php1300.00 for Premium Villa per night, 12 years old and above is considered as adult, Php 1000.00 for Standard Villa, Php 2000.00 for Premium Villa per night.

3. Check-in and Check-out
• Standard Check-in time is 2:00 PM
• Standard Check-out time is 12:00 NN
• Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability. Early check-in from 9:00am Premium Villa Php 1000.00, Standard Villa Php 500.00.
• Late Check-out subject upon availability until 2:00PM only, Premium Villa Php 1000.00, Standard Villa Php 500.00
• Late checkout 2:00PM onwards is will be charged good for 1 night rate.

4. Payment Policy
• Full payment may be required at the time of booking or upon arrival.
• Accept payment methods include (Cash, Gcash, Bank Transfer, Onsite card payment).

5. Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations made seven (7) days prior to check in date is free of charge, refund service fee will be shouldered by the client for FLEXIBLE RESERVATIONS
• Cancellations made on the 6th day (6) days prior to check in date will incur 20% percent of the total room charge.
• Cancellations made three (3) days prior to check in date will incur 50% percent of the total room charge.
• Early Departure/No show will be charged 100% of the total room charge.

• * Cancellation for NON-REFUNDABLE RESERVATION is 100% of the total amount.

6. No Show Policy
• A No Show will result in charge of 100% fee.
7. Liability
• The hotel is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to guest personal property.

8. Changes to Terms
• The hotel reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
• Guest will be notified of any significant changes.
